Proposal Submission Form

If you would like to offer a proposal for a Workshop, Lecture, Ritual, Rite of Passage, Entertainment Performance or a similar event for Beltane 2010 at Wolvenwold, this form is what we will need from you, as soon as possible.  The schedule will be first come, first serve, upon approval of workshop/event proposed, and WILL fill up, with two or even three tracks of programming on top of one another in most cases.  If you even think you might like to offer your energies in this way, please let us know as soon as possible (really!) or you will unfortunately have missed your opportunity.  We thank you for your submissions; it is what makes us a great community!  You will hear from us soon if your proposal has been accepted.  You must also fill out, and pay registration fees for yourself and any other presenters, along with this form.  If you plan to register but cannot do so yet, go ahead and send us this form, and send your registration in afterward.
