Registration Instructions
Festival Registration Options:
ONLINE VIA PAYPAL (Preferred) Before Sept 15th, 2011:
FIRST: Send in your monies via Paypal, using the form below. Just fill it out, click and send!
SECOND: (and simultaneously, the same day, please, ASAP after you’ve paid your registration fees) Simply copy/paste/fill out the Registration/AND/Waiver form below (in a Word doc or regular email) and simply e-mail it to us at:

You will receive a confirmation after we have received BOTH your payment, AND your registration/waiver forms. You are not registered until you have completed both of these steps. We are working on a new online form that will soon let you do all of this in one step, but for now, this is the most convenient way for us to do this. We appreciate your patience! Note: If you are a staff member, work exchange participant, or special guest attendee, you are still required to fill out these forms. Ask Beltana venusbeltana2000@yahoo.com for your own personal special code for your forms, so that you will be comped entry. Unless you are already on staff/work exchange/special guest (and you will know that you are if you have recently talked with Beltana about being on staff), you must register and pay before you may submit workshop proposals, performance proposals, etc. Thank you and here are the instructions for filling out your registration!

If you are unable to print out the forms yourself, and would like to receive a hard copy of this registration form and/or a promo flier for this event (or several, for a shop or festival) via snail mail, email Beltana at venusbeltana2000@yahoo.com and include your address and contact info.
Note:
ALL PROCEEDS are donations to the land fund here at Wolvenwold, which is used to purchase replacement sod/seed after each event, T.P, the electric bill for the stage use, repairs, or whatever is needed to help run these events. Wolvenwold does not currently make a profit AT ALL from its festivals, as the entire donation monies go directly back into the land. We are proud to be one of the least expensive festivals in the country, with the best possible offerings and guests available, and we intend to keep it that way! We know how expensive it is to travel these days! We have alternative barter options as well, to include staff work, volunteer exchange, and so on... if you would like to come to an event but cannot afford the fees. We don't like to turn anyone away! If there is a will, there is as way! (However, if you are interested in offering work in exchange for your festival fees, you must contact us fairly early on to see what positions we may still have available. Thank you!

Register Online (or postmarked via snailmail) Before Sept. 15th - $40 per adult over 18, $20 per youth 8-17, free for children 7 and under. You may still pay at the gate, at (a slightly higher rate of $50 for adults, $25 for youth, and children 7 & under free), but whichever you decide to do, please let us know you are planning on coming by clicking "attend" on our Soule Feste page on Facebook... so we know about how many folks to expect! Go there and do that now, and while you are there, be sure to “like” us if you haven’t already, and see what else we have lined up at Wolvenwold!

Registration includes musical performances, all workshops, rustic camping with warm outdoor showers & composting toilets. Food is not included, so please bring enough food for your stay! There may be food available through a food vendor on site, which will be light, limited fare.
RVs and trailers are welcome, but there are no electrical hookups available. Entrance roads are quite bumpy, so please plan accordingly and just drive cautiously on your way in.No pets, no weapons, or illegal substances will be allowed or tolerated on site, period.Children under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Alcohol may be responsibly imbibed ONLY by adults over 21. No exceptions. Anyone disobeying any of these rules will be removed from the event immediately. Please use one form per person, even if they are a minor gaining entry at no charge, or if you are a special musical/speaking guest. Everyone attending must send in a form and a waiver, or fill one out at the gate. You may do this via email. (NOTE: Pre-registering saves us all a LOT of time, and helps us plan, and saves YOU $... so pretty please make every attempt to so this for us, and for you!) There is no additional fee for vending, in exchange for a donation or two for the land fund raffle. If you plan to vend, please send in a description of your vending booth, what you are offering, and what the name of your booth is, before Sept 15th, 2011. If you have a website, send us the url and we will put it on our festival guide if we receive it in time.
Festival guides complete with schedule of events may be printed out from our website online at: www.wolvenwold.com before you come to the event. If you do not have a printer, and would like to request a copy of the guide, let us know before the festival, and we will supply one for you. Website will be updated as soon as possible, as the schedule info comes in to us. Make certain to double check before you leave for updated scheduling! It is a good idea to join our Yahoo group, and our Facebook group, which is where we will announce our updates, registration fees, etc.

I, the undersigned, who freely associate with and/or become active supporting guests of Wolvenwold, do hereby indemnify, absolve, and release the group, the site, their officers, directors, agents, assigns, owners, event staff and representatives, from any and all injury or other harm to myself and others that I may be responsible for. There may be dangerous areas on this property. I accept full responsibility for minor children and myself in my charge who may or may not be able to understand or respect safety rules, or other instructions. I accept full responsibility for all my accompanying minors, at all times. I agree to respect all property on the premises, as well as all plants, trees, and animals. I will refrain from any and all conduct that is considered disruptive or harmful to the Wiccan/Pagan Community, this event, or the staff. I will abide by all Federal, State, and local laws. I fully recognize that any difficulties and/or accidents experienced while coming to or returning from this event are entirely my own responsibility. I understand that this is a drug-free zone. It is understood that these rules and this agreement are for the purpose of promoting a safe and happy event. I understand that the use of all facilities is being offered for spiritual purposes. Failure to abide by this agreement is grounds for immediate expulsion from the event without a refund.
